By entering WW Zoo, guests accept and agree to abide by all park terms and conditions as set forth in these terms and conditions. Guests acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with visiting a wildlife park, and that by entering the park, they assume all such risks. Guests hereby release Wildway Wildlife Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims for injury, damages, or loss that may arise from or be in any way connected to their visit to the park, including but not limited to any injury, damage, or loss caused by the park's animals, structures, equipment, or facilities, and regardless of how such injury, damage, or loss is caused. Guests acknowledge that they have read and fully understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- Use of bouncy castle is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children while they are using the bouncy castle. WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries caused while using the bouncy castle.
- The ground in the park is uneven. It is essential that visitors wear practical footwear, such as trainers or boots. High heels or open-toed shoes are not permitted. WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries caused by inappropriate footwear.
- Wildway Wildlife Ltd is not responsible for the care of your children while they are in the park. Adults must supervise their children fully while in the park, and no liability is accepted for any injuries caused.
- All animals have the potential to bite or scratch. Visitors are not permitted to put their fingers through the cages or get too close to the animals. Visitors must observe all barriers and warning signs. Adults are responsible for monitoring the children in their care, and no responsibility or liability is accepted for any injuries caused by the animals, no matter how caused.
- By entering the park, visitors agree to comply with all posted signs and park rules.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who fails to comply with the park's rules or poses a risk to themselves, other visitors, or animals.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to change the park's opening hours or close certain attractions without prior notice.
- Visitors must not bring any weapons, illegal drugs, or alcohol into the park.
- Photography and video recording are allowed in the park, provided that they do not interfere with the experience of other visitors.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to use any photographs or video footage taken in the park for promotional purposes.
- Visitors are not permitted to feed the animals unless authorized by park staff.
- The park may close temporarily or permanently due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance work.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost or stolen items.
- Visitors must report any incidents or accidents to a member of staff immediately.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to conduct bag checks and refuse entry to any visitor carrying prohibited items.
- Visitors must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions given by park staff.
- WW Zoo does not permit smoking or vaping within the park premises.
- The park may be closed or evacuated in the event of an emergency, and visitors must follow all instructions given by park staff.
- Visitors must not climb on fences, trees, or any other structures within the park.
- WW Zoo does not permit the use of drones or any other flying objects within the park premises.
- Visitors must not disturb the animals by shouting, throwing objects, or tapping on the cages.
- WW Zoo may provide facilities for visitors to purchase food and beverages. Visitors must follow any instructions or rules provided by staff at these facilities.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to vehicles or personal property parked within the park premises.
- Visitors must not enter any restricted areas within the park.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to cancel any bookings or tickets without prior notice.
- Visitors must keep their tickets or booking confirmation with them at all times while within the park premises.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of visitors' actions or failure to comply with park rules.
- Visitors must not bring any pets or animals into the park, except for registered assistance dogs.
- Visitors must behave responsibly and respect the park's environment, animals, and other visitors.
- WW Zoo may refuse entry to any visitor who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Visitors must not throw litter or dispose of any waste outside designated bins.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to use reasonable force to remove any person who poses a risk to themselves, other visitors, or animals.
- Visitors must not bring any dangerous or prohibited items into the park.
- WW Zoo may charge additional fees for some activities or experiences within the park.
- Visitors must not disturb or interfere with any of the park's facilities or structures.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the park's facilities or equipment.
- Visitors must not deface or damage any of the park's signs, structures, or facilities.
- WW Zoo may deny entry or remove any visitor who violates any of the park's rules or poses a risk to the park, its animals, or its visitors.
- Visitors must follow all instructions given by park staff, including but not limited to safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and ride restrictions.
- WW Zoo may restrict access to certain attractions or areas of the park for safety or operational reasons.
- Visitors must not engage in any behavior that may harm or endanger any of the park's animals, including but not limited to feeding, teasing, or taunting.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to close the park or any attractions within the park in the event of severe weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Visitors must not engage in any commercial or promotional activity within the park without prior authorization from WW Zoo.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by visitors, except where such injury, illness, or loss is caused by WW Zoo's negligence or breach of statutory duty.
- Visitors must not bring any glassware, sharp objects, or flammable materials into the park.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates any of these terms and conditions, park rules, or applicable laws.
- Visitors must comply with all local laws and regulations while within the park premises.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between WW Zoo and the visitor and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of WW Zoo shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the park is located.
- Visitors must respect the park's policies on noise levels and must not disturb other visitors with excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
- WW Zoo may record or monitor any activity within the park for safety, security, or operational purposes.
- Visitors must not engage in any activity that may damage the park's vegetation or landscape.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to modify or update the park's facilities, attractions, or services without prior notice.
- Visitors must not engage in any activity that may harm or disturb the park's wildlife, including but not limited to throwing objects, climbing on fences, or entering restricted areas.
- WW Zoo accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by visitors as a result of their failure to comply with these terms and conditions or park rules.
- Visitors must not engage in any behavior that may cause offense, distress, or harm to other visitors or staff members.
- WW Zoo may deny entry or remove any visitor who appears to be under the age of 16 without adult supervision.
- These terms and conditions are binding on all visitors to WW Zoo and shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the park is located.
- Visitors must follow all posted signs and instructions related to parking within the park premises.
- WW Zoo may require visitors to submit to a security screening prior to entering the park.
- Visitors must not engage in any activity that may disrupt the park's operations or impede the movement of other visitors or park staff.
- WW Zoo may require visitors to leave the park premises immediately in the event of a security threat, emergency, or other safety concern.
- Visitors must not bring any pets or animals into the park, except for registered service animals.
- WW Zoo reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates park rules, causes damage to park property, or engages in inappropriate behavior.
- Visitors must not engage in any activity that may result in damage to the park's equipment, structures, or facilities.
- WW Zoo may require visitors to wear certain safety equipment, such as helmets or safety harnesses, when participating in certain activities or attractions.
- Visitors must not engage in any activity that may constitute a criminal offense or violation of applicable laws.
- These terms and conditions shall be binding on all visitors to WW Zoo and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
